If Social Security Administration and/or your state revenue department requires you to file your annual W-2 report on magnetic media or electronically then WizMag automates the creation of those reports.
WizMag pulls the required payroll data from your Peachtree program, reformats that data to satisfy the formatting requirements of Social Security and your state revenue department. The file generated can be sent by diskette or electronic transmission to Social Security Administration and the state revenue department.
WizMag requires little user input. The program itself extracts all of the basic employee personal and payroll information from Peachtree. The user is prompted to identify a few certain specialized payroll fields, e.g. 401k.
The program is accompanied by an easy to understand manual, with lots of screen shots, that guides the user through running the program, generating the files for submission to the governments and generating extensive reports for archival purposes.
