Other CertPay Product Features
- Wage Pay Rates may be set to one of the following classifications:
- Regular
- Overtime

CertPay Wizard comes with 5 reports.
Hourly Report - The Hourly Report shows the following items:
- Employee name and address information
- Employee SSN (if allowed)
- Task worked—each task worked by an employee is listed separately
- Withholding Exemptions
- Race and Gender of the employee (optional)
- Number of Standard, Overtime and Double time hours worked for each day
of the week
- Rate of pay for each pay type
- Gross/Net wages for the check and for the Task Performed
- Deductions

Statement of Compliance Report.
The Statement of Compliance window displays the Statement of Compliance for the currently selected contract and payroll number with the information that your have entered.

Fields in Other Columns Reports
The Fields in Other report shows what fields were set to a type of ‘Other’. If you did not check the Break down deductions comprising the “Other” field checkbox in the CertPay Settings window, you only see a list of fields that were set to a type of Other. If that checkbox was checked, it will list the employees that have that the fields that were set to a type of Other, along with the amount for each field.

Pay Levels Report
The Pay Rates report shows the following information:
- Name of the Payroll Item
- Type of payroll item (Regular, Overtime, Double Time)

The Other Payroll Fields report displays the following information:
- Other Payroll Field name (deduction)
