It's so easy because the form layout and all the data resides within Peachtree and will be printed on ordinary plain paper. All forms, state and federal, can be printed onto blank paper which can save you money from having to purchase pre-printed payroll tax forms. Just review it, print it, sign it, and mail it. An ongoing synchronization process within Peachtree 2011 will automatically keep your contact information in both applications up to date.

Easily compare your actual financials against a budget with a new, easier way to create budgets in Peachtree 2011. Your new Peachtree budgets look and act like a spreadsheet, so you save time and avoid mistakes by not having to re-key budget data into other applications. Enter budgets in a spreadsheet view, create one from actual financials or if you prefer import your Excel spreadsheet into Peachtree. Now have your budget tied directly back into your transactions in Peachtree.
You will now be provided with more filtering options so you can select the right bills to pay. Filter invoices that need to be paid by due date, amount due, discounts to take, and more. The updated report will make it easy for you to see what you owe and how much money you need to pay your bills on any given day.
Change the assigned lookup IDs for Jobs, Phase and Cost Codes at any time even after you have used them within Peachtree. This allows you to make necessary edits to existing IDs without having to start all over and better matches your business needs.
