  NOTE: The installer for version 5 requires the following items to be installed:

  • Microsoft .NET 2.0 Framework [22 MB]
  • Microsoft SQL Server Express 2005 [50 MB]
  • Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) v2.8 [6 MB]
  If these items are not installed, they will be downloaded and installed by CertPay v5 before the application is installed. If you are on dial-up, we highly recommend requesting a Program CD.
  
  If you are installing this release to update an older release, please retrieve time data from your accounting package.
